Chef Mike will teach you and your child how to make fresh pasta dough and roll it out into sheets. Then we'll make fillings and sauces perfect for the changing seasons! Join us to learn the techniques you'll need to know to make great ravioli from home.   ONE PURCHASE IS FOR TWO PEOPLE!

Introduction

After welcoming each guest, our chef talks about our company’s history, covers kitchen safety, and explains how the class will work.

Guests will be divided into small groups to work on different components of the meal. Our chef will provide one-on-one instruction on the tasks at hand. Throughout the class, our chef will make sure everyone's questions are answered and the meal prep is on pace.

Once the food is prepared, the meal will be served as a buffet. Each guest will serve themself and enjoy the meal together in our dining room.
