Join us for this class and learn to prepare classic French recipes from scratch. From Crepes Suzette to Coq au Vin we will cover the techniques that make these dishes stand out. Add to your weekday recipe repertoire with some amazing French dishes!

What to Expect

How a typical class at The Recipe goes

Introduction

The chef welcomes guests then talks about The Recipe's history, kitchen safety, and how the class will work.

Cooking

The chef will divide guests to work on different components of the meal. The Chef will work with each guests to provide one-on-one instruction on the tasks at hand. As the class progresses the chef will make sure everyone know's what is happening in the kitchen, questions are answered, and meal prep is on pace.

Dining

Classes end with the meal that was prepared together. The chef and the participants will do final touches and plate the meal as a buffet. Participants will plate their food, and sit and enjoy a meal together in our separate dining room.
